2. Nature of Services

Jollyporchbackstag acts as a premium curated directory, architectural review platform, and reservation concierge for luxury Greek island properties. While we verify property standards and architectural authenticity, final lease and occupancy agreements are governed by the specific on-site terms of each independent villa operator or hotel management group.

3. Reservation Inquiries & Confirmations

• Inquiry Requests: Submitting an inquiry through our interface does not guarantee immediate room confirmation. Reservations are formalized only upon written confirmation and receipt of the required deposit.
• Deposits & Payments: Standard reservations require a 30% initial deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policies: Due to the exclusive nature of private villas, cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival receive a full refund less administrative processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to property-specific forfeit clauses.

4. User Obligations & Property Care

Guests agree to respect the architectural integrity and historic value of properties. Any intentional structural damage, unauthorized commercial photo shoots, or violations of maximum guest occupancy limits may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website—including architectural photography, bespoke WebGL shaders, visual UI layouts, and written descriptive guides—is the exclusive intellectual property of Jollyporchbackstag Ltd. and protected under international copyright treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jollyporchbackstag Ltd. or its officers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from maritime travel disruptions, Aegean weather variations, or force majeure events outside our reasonable control.
